A LOOK AHEAD TO CROPREDY 2019, 8th -10th August
Photo galleryLooking forward to my visit to that friendliest of festivals Cropredy again next month to take in the great atmosphere, overall vibe and of course a little music.
Highlight for me I am pretty sure will be my second look at Wildwood Kin after they impressed me so much at Leamington's Zephyr Lounge last year and with album No. 2 on the way looking forward to maybe some new material as well.
Elsewhere over the weekend headline sets from The Waterboys, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls and (of course it is their festival after all!) the mighty Fairport Convention with the help of a few friends on the stage.
A little prog on the bill curtesy of Caravan and of the rockier variety the Martin Barre Band will be bringing us 50 Years of Jethro Tull.
The folk flag will be flying all weekend with the likes of Seth Lakeman and Richard Thompson the latter adding a couple of Fairport's finest to the mix.
