I made visits to this years Gristfest at The Grist Mill on Sydenham on all 3 days of this years event spread over the bank holiday weekend 30th April - 2nd of May.

This year the festival which was again fantastically organised by Peter Drew with help and support from friends including Gary Tedstone sorting out all of the sound over the weekend and of course all the management and staff at the pub was raising money for The Rest Stop charity through an auction, collection boxes and various fun and games.

I must admit all around the pub their seemed plenty to do especially to keep the kids happy and the several bouts of rain did little to spoil the fun and it looks very likely that the festival will return next year.
