'Live at the Cavern Club' by Euan Blackman

News

To celebrate being BBC Introducing featured Artist of the Week, Euan Blackman and his band (Tom Lloyd on drums, Mavi Degener on bass and Josh Hanstock on guitar) were broadcast playing live from the Cavern Club. Yes: that Cavern Club. I've never written about anyone playing there so I'm chuffed to do so now.

You can experience some of the show as Euan has put a 'Live at the Cavern Club' EP up on Soundcloud featuring the songs "I Don't Think About It (Too Much)", "The Band", "Butterfly" and "NOTHING2U".

Having heard the studio versions, it's exciting to hear them played live in front of an appreciative audience but the venue does add a certain extra degree of frisson it must be said.

Enjoy!
