"Articles in Sound" Launch

For the last year, Pete Chambers, foremost local music historian & creator of the Coventry Music Museum, has been leading a team creating a Heritage Lottery funded project on the history of Coventry & Warwickshire music, called "Articles in Sound". The material collected will be presented across four media: as a book, a film, an app & a mural. Hundreds of photos, hours of exclusive interviews with key figures and other material collected by the team offer unique & hitherto unseen insights into key moments, figures, music and places: never before has this story been told in such detail. The launch will be at Coventry Music Museum (the Museum for Coventry & Warwickshire Music) on Saturday 30th July, 1000-1500 and all musicians & music lovers are extremely welcome.....
